    With 28 years of experience in the SW Portland/Washington County and Lake Oswego area we have the experience and skilled craftsmen to take on every kind of outdoor project. From landscaping to stone masonry, outdoor covered structures, walls, irrigation, drainage systems, water features, fire features, outdoor kitchens, lighting and much more, we can handle every aspect of your outdoor project. Equally as important, we can work around or repair anything we come across during your installation – such as irrigation lines, gas lines, underground drainage lines, etc. Only a hand full of landscaping companies in this area have the depth of experience our company does.     Proper Licensing & Insurance

    It should be a no-brainer that the contractor you hire would have the proper licenses and insurance needed to do the work they are contracting to do – for your protection, the protection of their workers and for the protection of their company. But too many times we’ve heard horror stories from customers who hired a contractor and it turned out they didn’t have the proper licensing or weren’t covered with insurance for the work they were doing and it ended badly, costing the customer a lot of money. We’re licensed with the Landscape Contractors Board (LCB) as well as with the Construction Contractors Board (CCB) and are covered with every insurance needed, especially liability insurance and worker’s comp. insurance. Our workers are not paid under the table so you can rest assured you’re property is fully protected with us on the job.

    Jobsite Clean-up

    This should be another item that every contractor automatically does but you’d be surprised how many do not. We bring in portable restrooms for our workers during the job so you won’t find our guys doing their business in the bushes. We clean up debris daily and jobsites at the end of every week so you’re not left with a mess. And at the end of each project we clean up driveways, sidewalks, streets or anything else that got dirty during the course of work.

    Excellent Communication

    Your Project Manager will be available by phone, text or email throughout the course of your project and we have several full-time office staff ready to answer phones every business day if you need to reach us for anything. You’re quotes and contracts will be thorough, outlining everything that needs to be done. And we work well with landscape designers and you as the homeowner during the project to make sure you’re kept aware of progress and answer any questions or concerns.
