As a customer of Lewis Landscape Services, you’ll experience a distinct difference in our Landscaping Maintenance service. Our yard care crews arrive in professionally lettered vehicles and uniforms. They show up on-time and on the same day each week. After every visit, you will have a detailed checklist left on your front door letting you know what yard maintenance services we’ve performed that day. Included in our landscape management packages are extras like lawn fertilizer, regular weed control, overseeding the lawn, moss control, yearly limestone applications, blowing off patios, driveways and other hardscapes and more! It’s a complete landscape maintenance service that will keep your lawn and entire yard looking great all year long.

We have three main landscape maintenance packages for our clients to chose from, and one premium service available for select customers who want a more premium level of service. Each of these yard maintenance service packages below offers a different level of service, based on your specific needs. Bronze Package

  • Lawn mowing weekly
  • Blowing off Hardscapes (Patios, Driveways, Decks, Sidewalks, Front Porch)
  • Apply Lawn Fertilizer – a golf-course grade fertilizer (every 4-5 weeks when applying quick release fertilizer and every 8-10 weeks when we’re using slow release fertilizer)
  • Control Moss inside the lawn
  • Leaf Removal in the lawn areas in fall/winter months
  • Overseeding the lawn as needed
  • Annual limestone applications to balance the pH of the soil
  • A Detailed Checklist on your door every week, to let you know we were there and make you aware of which yard services were performed that visit
  • A $45 Discount off Service Calls from one of our Portland Oregon Sprinkler System Repair Technicians
  • Quality Control Oversight – Every 4-6 weeks our Maintenance Division Manager will stop by and audit the work our crews are doing for your landscape and provide feedback on what they are doing right and where they can improve.

Silver Package

Comprehensive Care for Lawn Areas, Beds, and Trim Down Perennials

  • Everything in the Bronze Package above PLUS:
  • Control Weeds in your planting beds
  • Trimming of the perennials as they die back for the year
  • Rake leaves in the fall in all planting beds and lawn areas
  • Leaf Removal in the lawn areas in fall/winter months
  • A $45 Discount off Service Calls from one of our Portland Oregon Sprinkler System Repair Technicians
  • Quality Control Oversight – Every 4-6 weeks our Maintenance Division Manager will stop by and audit the work our crews are doing for your landscape and provide feedback on what they are doing right and where they can improve.

Gold Package

Complete Landscape Care; Care for Lawn, Planting Beds, Perennials, and Pruning of Plants, Hedges & Trees (up to 15’)

  • Everything in the above two Bronze & Silver Packages PLUS:
  • Yearly Pruning of spring flowering shrubs (Rhododendrons, Azaleas, Pieris, Camellias, etc.) each year after spring bloom
  • Yearly Pruning of all other Shrubs & Ornamental Trees (up to 15’ tall) in fall/winter months (Note: Does not include pruning of fruit trees)
  • Hedge Trimming of hedges regularly throughout the season

  • Quality Control Oversight – Every 4-6 weeks our Maintenance Division Manager will stop by and audit the work our crews are doing for your landscape and provide feedback on what they are doing right and where they can improve.

  • With our Landscape Maintenance Company, there are NO ANNUAL CONTRACTS. We will earn your business every month. However, we only provide our landscaping maintenance services on a year-round basis. Your monthly rate will be a flat fee, all year-round. Visits do decrease to twice per month during the winter months.

Platinum Package

A premium Package for Select Situations & Customers

  • Everything listed in the three landscape maintenance packages listed above PLUS:
  • Crew will spend 50% more time each week finely manicuring shrubs and planting beds
  • More frequent pruning of shrubs
  • Bi-Annual Sprinkler services included (sprinkler system spring start-up & winterization / winterization)
  • Regular Fertilization for your shrubs and trees (3x / Year)
  • A $45 Discount off Service Calls from one of our Portland Oregon Sprinkler System Repair Technicians
  • One FREE VISIT at the beginning of summer from one of our Sprinkler Technicians to adjust your irrigation system run times
  • Quality Control Oversight – Every 4-6 weeks our Maintenance Division Manager will stop by and audit the work our crews are doing for your landscape and provide feedback on what they are doing right and where they can improve.
